Abstract: This article starts from the practice of rural household garbage classification conducted by Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, according to local conditions, centers on the decision-making process, focuses on explaining “secondary” garbage classification model unique to Jinhua, and origin, practical application and development of on-site resource utilization model of “Sunny Compost House” in chronological order, and expounds on “acceptable, affordable, propagable and sustainable” rural garbage classification and resource utilization model and realization means.
